It was clean, breakfast was perfect.

Everything was great, including understanding staff especially the Egyptian waiter.

Clean hotel, non-smoking rooms, best possible location inside shopping mall.

The property was calm with accommodating staff at the receptionist, I loved my stay. The buffet breakfast was tasty with lots of food.

The best 5 stars experience compared to other hotels. The stay here was such great, liked the hotel, it was clean with unbeatable location short walk to the mosque, food court and shopping mall. Consistently courteous, responsive staff.

The location - SPECTACULAR and the staff - brilliant, the bed was perfect.

The breakfast was scrumptious, the pool was very clean, the beds were incredibly large. The staff were ready to help and smiled at me. Got classic king room as expected, loved it. I was surprised by the panoramic canal view.

The stay at this interesting hotel was a really lovely one. The room was immaculately clean and the breakfast was satisfactory. The stuff where lovely and the pool was nice. Roof top bar was busy and spotless. Superb customer care too. Also, a cubical shrine was 3 miles away from the venue.

the staff were dedicated, the location was just superb. room was compact and beds were very comfy. you could walk to the markets and shops. i enjoyed a stunning restaurant with an egyptian menu. actually everything was okay, my next choice again in mecca.

our favorite hotel in mecca, staff was friendly. their receptionist rocks! moreover, it had wi fi throughout the property.

Decent base for exploring Mecca. Thanks to chef, who often helped us. Enjoyed their on-site restaurant Al Bayt, it was good!

It was a 5-star hotel in every way. Liked room service too. We appreciated our coffee with GOODies at Zamzam Lobby Lounge.

Hotel's position next to zamzam well and easy connection to al haram. Tidy room and venue in general

Al Majlis Restaurant is literally 900 ft away. Brilliant base for vacation in Mecca. Even the Ta'if airport was not so far.
